Aaron Blau, EA, CPA
Aaron Blau is a third-generation accountant, continuing over 80 years of family tradition. A graduate of his hometown Arizona State University, he received his first professional certification as an Enrolled Agent in 2003. While working for his father, Aaron continued his education, eventually earning his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 2010. Aaron’s studies and passion for knowledge continue, with Aaron being called on regularly to participate in professional education events. Most recently, Aaron has joined Chandler Gilbert Community College as a member of their Adjunct Faculty Group.

Monica Noel, EA
Monica Noel was born and raised in Bronx, New York where she attended Westchester Business Institute and earned an Associate of Accounting degree. Upon graduation, she worked for a non-profit organization in accounts payable. After gaining some experience, she moved on to public accounting and found a job in New York City at L. H. Frishkoff & Company, LLC. After five successful years, she decided to get out of the cold and move to Arizona. Monica received her license to practice as an Enrolled Agent in 2016. Monicas new role and focus is the Director of Operations for Red Rock Accounting Group. She does specialize in, individual income tax, tax planning, and payroll. She is proficient in QuickBooks® and small business taxation. In her spare time, Monica enjoys spending time with her wonderful family, watching movies, and playing poker.

Denise Fisk, EA
Denise Fisk became interested in accounting in high school and has been in the accounting field for over 40 years. She has worked extensively with small to medium-sized businesses. She enjoys working with clients and puts a strong emphasis on creating sound record keeping systems, accurate financial statements, and useful advice. Denise received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Her broad experience in the restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, and medical fields has given her a strong base of knowledge so she can assist her clients. Denise joined The Blau Company Ltd. in 2007 and serves in the role of Accounting Manager. In 2012, Denise successfully completed the Special Enrollment Exam administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury, earning the Enrolled Agent credential. In addition to being an EA, Denise is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is also a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, a board member for its Arizona affiliate, and a Fellow of the National Tax Institute since 2018. She loves her being around her kids and grandkids.

Christina Jones was born and raised in Arizona. Prior to working in accounting, she worked in the medical field for 10 years. She has been with Red Rock Accounting Group since 2020. Currently she is pursuing education in accounting and business. She is eager to grow her skills for the firm and has a great desire to help people.

Kim Blau
Kimberly Blau was born and raised in San Diego, CA and moved to Arizona to attend college at ASU. Since graduating, Kim has assisted multiple lenders in the mortgage industry. With her background in finance, she then joined The Blau Company, Ltd. as a Bookkeeper in 2009. Kim’s family is the most rewarding part of her life. She and her husband Aaron have two beautiful children: Eli and Hanna. Aside from being a wife and mom, Kim enjoys painting with watercolor, baking, and reading historical fiction.
