Lynn Merrill

Lynn Merrill joined the team at the end of 2024. Born in New Mexico and raised in Arizona from the age of ten, she graduated from Dobson High School before earning her CNA certification from the Arizona Medical Training Institute. Lynn worked as a CNA for several years while pursuing a nursing degree but ultimately transitioned out of the medical field. With a strong background in customer service and office administration, Lynn is most comfortable in roles that allow her to stay organized, support her team, and keep operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Lynn enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, daughter, nephew and furbabies.

After retiring from active legal work, Ivan took up learning the area of taxation. For the last 10 years, he has worked in various areas of taxation including individual, business, corporate, fiduciary, and tax-exempt returns. Ivan also works in the area of resolving tax disputes with the IRS. He has earned the ranking of Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
